Position: Project Manager
Employee Type: Full Time Required Education: Master Degree in Civil Engineering Required Expercience: 3 years Duties: Making detailed plans to accomplish goals by studying survey reports, maps, blueprints and drawings.
Consulting or negotiating with clients to prepare project specifications.
Reading specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
Establishing work plans and staffing or approving contracts and cost estimates. Preparing budget bids and contracts.
Approving expenditures, making decisions about the purchase of materials or services and ensuring that specifications are met.
Managing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
